This year I had the pleasure of working with Larry Rodgers and other staff from Universal Directories. Larry did an outstanding job in scheduling and setting up everything that needed to be done for our church so that we could have a good experience in producing a new church directory. Our photographer Jeff, and salesman Claude, were great! Everyone commented on how good they were to work with. Jeff was excellent with large families and young children. Claude put no pressure on people to purchase their portraits. A lot of people told me that Claude was the nicest salesperson that they had ever worked with from a directory company.
The finished product was excellent, and everything was delivered per the contract. The quality of the photos were the best I have ever seen in a church directory. It was a pleasure to work with all the staff at Universal Church Directories and I look forward to doing business with your company again in the future.

Our church recently completed the process of a new church directory.We chose to work with Universal Church Directory company. We worked with a local team the days of our photo shooting and I could not have been more pleased with their work. Not only were they always on time, they were careful to keep the schedule as close as possible to avoid long waits. As people were leaving the session, I stopped several groups to ask if they had felt any pressure to buy packages and was so pleased to hear that there was absolutely no pressure to buy additional photos. No church wants to feel that their members were put in an awkward position.
I received a couple of calls from people who needed to contact the company because of a problem with the photo they received. I actually had these people recall me to comment on how pleasant the people at Universal were to deal with and all concerns were addressed or corrected, no exceptions. As coordinator of the project, I also found the home office to be especially helpful and great to talk with.
Lastly, I would highly recommend Janet Welch. As a representative for the company, she was always willing to help in any area that I had concerns or questions. She consistently returned calls in a timely manner and was so gracious when I needed to go over something more than once. She made the experience a lot less stressful and I knew that when the directory was ready for publication, it would be right.
